COLES RAISES OVER $450K FOR CWA’S WA DROUGHT APPEAL:  In just two months, Coles and its customers have contributed more than $459,000 to the Country Women’s Association of Western Australia to help drought-affected farmers. With Coles matching every donation dollar-for-dollar during August and September, customers have helped to raise more than $7,171,400 million nationally for the CWA to help drought-affected communities with household and family expenses.  In addition, Coles pledged $5 million in grants or interest-free loans from the Coles Nurture Fund for farmers who have a project which will help them to combat drought in the future.  If you or your family are suffering the affects of drought, you can access up to $5,000 from these funds to help you through this very difficult time.
