Foodbank rescues and sources food and groceries from farmers, manufacturers and retailers and distributes them to more than 2600 front line charities around the country to provide to individuals and families in need.
Foodbank also helps more than 132,000 children through school breakfast programs at 2,000 schools nationally.
Foodbank drought relief hampers are currently available in NSW and Queensland through frontline charities and Foodbank partners.
These hampers include items specifically requested by local charities in regional areas, covering both food and personal care items.
Food relief is available ongoing to charities registered with Foodbank in each state/territory. Food relief covers both food and groceries (with the exception of alcohol and tobacco).
