RuralCONNECT

Contact and the Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) are pleased to announce the new RuralCONNECT project, a collaborative project created to better support families with young children living in rural and remote parts of north- western NSW.

Communities based in these parts of NSW are often isolated and affected by the ongoing drought. The RuralCONNECT program will offer a range of information and support for families with children aged between 0 and12 years of age.

Findings from the RuralCONNECT project will be used by both Contact and RFDSSE to develop and explore ways to fill regional child and family service gaps and support the potential reinstatement of Paroo Contact Children’s Mobile.
